Privacy

What we collect

• Basic access logs: our host (and any CDN) may log IP address, user agent, requested pages, and timestamps for security and performance.
• Discord and moderation data:
Discord runs our community platform and processes data under their own policies. On our side, we may keep limited moderation records (reports, ticket messages, outcomes) to keep the community safe and enforce rules fairly.

• Soundboard and recordings (Mee6):
If the community uses voice channel recording software for soundboard and Podcast recording purposes, it is consent‑based. Recording only happens when all participants explicitly agree. If anyone withdraws consent, recording stops immediately and deletion can be requested.
• Access requests: request access via a ticket in #ticket-support.
• Right to erasure: you can request removal of a soundboard item and/or deletion of the original recording.
• Leaving the server: recordings that include your voice will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe upon request.

• Recordings: consent (you can withdraw at any time).
• Moderation logs: legitimate interests (keeping the community safe and enforcing rules).

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we control. The fastest route is via a Discord ticket if the request relates to server activity/recordings.

• Third party sites This site links out to services like craig-bot, Spotify, YouTube, and Discord. Those services run under their own terms and privacy policies.
