Use the site, enjoy the show, don’t be a problem.

  • Site use:

    • By using this website you agree to behave lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, exploit, or damage the service (including spam, scraping that harms availability, or attempts to bypass security).

  • Discord community rules (applies if you join):

    • If you join our Discord, you agree to follow the Discord Community Rules. Moderators may remove content and apply mutes/kicks/bans to keep the community safe.

    No politics: due to current world circumstances, political discussion is not allowed on the server. This rule is non‑negotiable and may be enforced by ban.

  • Soundboard recordings:

    • Any voice-channel recording for soundboard purposes is strictly consent‑based. No consent, no recording. If consent is withdrawn, recording stops and deletion can be requested. Misuse of recordings will result in removal and may result in a permanent ban.

    Note: This includes the use of recorded user voices for any AI Purpose.

  • Content and ownership:

    • Show content, artwork, and branding are owned by The D&D Void Community and/or their respective creators. Don’t repost full episodes as your own, and don’t use our branding in a way that implies official endorsement.

  • User‑shared content:

    • If you share content in Discord (art, clips, screenshots, quotes) you keep ownership. If you explicitly give us permission to repost it for promotion, we’ll credit you and we’ll take it down on request. We do not allow art solicitation in DMs on the server; that is enforced via ban.

    We Will not, and request the same of yourselves, Ever use or train your Art in any AI engine available.

  • Third‑party services:

    • This site links to third‑party services (Spotify, YouTube, Discord, etc.). Their terms and policies apply when you use them. We’re not responsible for their content, outages, or policy changes.

  • Availability and changes:

    • We aim for uptime, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms as the project grows; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
